When 18º North first met Rupert Dixon in person at the Kingston Public Hospital on Sept. 29, he appeared to be on the mend. He was recovering from two hospitalizations and a surgery after taking the AstraZeneca Covid-19 vaccine on April 9. But things took a turn for the worse in the days after our interview.
