The marketing firm whose co-director is alleged to have been romantically involved with Jamaica’s Minister of Health, Dr. Christopher Tufton, while also getting millions of dollars in contracts from his ministry can still get work and is still receiving outstanding payments from that ministry, according to the Permanent Secretary Dunstan Bryan.
